The Academy of Art University in San Fran has a complete online program in Web Design and New Media, at least in a MFA they do.

Before you choose any school, make sure you look at the bottom line. A lot of these schools (online ones especially) have fast talking "admissions advisors" that will get you to sign on the dotted line and by the time you've finished, you have only an AA degree and are 30k or more in debt. Caveat emptor.

I'm currently completing my BFA in Graphic Design online at IADT (International Academy of Design and Technology). I know they offer web design as well, and it's been good for me thus far, although not cheap.

I'm doing this because I've been working in the field for the past 5 years, am currently employed full-time, and have various certifications already, so I'm not starting from scratch and don't have enough time to go about a traditional GD degree program.

If you're new to the field, be careful with online degrees:

1) make sure you're capable of learning independently.
this one is harder than it sounds! most of these programs are very fast-paced, and require a lot of independent research.
2) make sure the college of your choice has decent accreditation. Some of them do not. One way of checking is making sure they qualify for government financial aid (you can check this on the dept. of education website).
3) make sure they offer a well-rounded program (in terms of required courses), and one that allows plenty of interaction with your teachers, as well as other students.
