Further up in the thread Darkwolf29a and I questioned your use of the <base> tag. The base tag isn't typically used, but it serves as an instruction to regard the URL within the tag as the root...

I think that you will find, as I did, that div are much easier to get a handle on than tables. Those took forever. I last used one of those to create an email form, but I haven't used them much before...
