Neuro and I went mountain climbing today - 1700 feet of very steep, rocky terrain, but the view was well worth it! here are some of the photos:

We found a lone M&M on the trail. I think it is a wild M&M. We didn't dare pick it because I think they are endangered. We only saw the one. I think it was a rare find.

haha yeah those m&ms are right at the top of the endangered list. its best to leave them alone in their natural habitat....the ones captive in the bag are another story...eat those before they run away into the wild and cause trouble!
great pictures the view is amazing

wow, you 2 really live in the wilderness! You're frontier types! To me, mountain climbing is getting my laundry ready to send out.

you know, I had never even heard of this mountain before... we started doing research on the internet about hiking trails, biking, nature preserves, free museums and stuff like that within an hour's drive of our town.

We actually came up with a lot of free stuff we can enjoy for only the cost of the drive there.
