Love the space needle shot - although you don't see the "new" color they painted the top from this pic which is kind of a bummer - as it's really quite striking now.Comment

Nice photo's fredrich! The one with the rust colored Datsun reminds me of my dad's old truck. Not the same color. His was lime/puke green.Comment

It was interesting to see such a big cultural reference so far away from home (the troll under a bridge is from a Norwegian fairy tale - involving goats instead of a VW Beetle). But then again there are many people of Norwegian descent in Seattle, especially in the neighborhood Ballard.
My hometown is one of Seattle's sister cities, and we have a totem pole in one of our parks received as a gift from overseas in 1970.Comment

I know isn't that great? Apparently it's currently (the orange) the color it was originally. I like the pop of color - wish more buildings would do that...well - within reason of course
