Beautifully done, Fredrich! I hope you enjoyed your holiday.
This post is brought to you by the letter E and the number 9. Those are the buttons I push to get a Twix out of the candy machine.

Ah, Seattle. I love the way you shot the Space Needle, really majestic. By the way, I am not that familiar with the last two images. Where did you take these?
Love the space needle shot - although you don't see the "new" color they painted the top from this pic which is kind of a bummer - as it's really quite striking now.

If you mean the last two images of Seattle, the first one is in Gas Works Park and the second one is The Fremont Troll.
It was interesting to see such a big cultural reference so far away from home (the troll under a bridge is from a Norwegian fairy tale - involving goats instead of a VW Beetle). But then again there are many people of Norwegian descent in Seattle, especially in the neighborhood Ballard.
My hometown is one of Seattle's sister cities, and we have a totem pole in one of our parks received as a gift from overseas in 1970.

I had no idea it had been painted differently, I looked it up and wow what an awesome color!
Sketching not only helps you work out good ideas, it helps you get past the bad ones.
I know isn't that great? Apparently it's currently (the orange) the color it was originally. I like the pop of color - wish more buildings would do that...well - within reason of course
