  • running Photoshop CC on my MacBook

I am running Photoshop CC on my MacBook Por (Sierra). For some reason, I can not get an object to move by selecting a layer and simply using the move tool (v) but only by selecting Cmd+T will the Move Tool work. Any suggestions?

Just a guess without seeing the file, but most likely you or someone clicked "lock position" on the layer.

Hi Virindi and welcome to GDF.
