  • Indesign question - please help!

    #1
Right i have recently sent off some designs to be put into acrylic

    (see www.acrylicize.co.uk)

They were designed on Adobe indesign and sent as a PDF (the choices were PDF or Jpeg and Jpeg makes text unclear...

but anyway i have just had a phone call from Acrylicize saying can i outline the text on the PDF's because they dont have the fonts i used on their system...

Now i sorta understand what they mean but how do i do this?? using Indesign??

any replies would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks

Just remember to save the Indy file with layers for paths and regular type.

It won't stay this way ... but, they have to get all the bugs worked out first and then we will worry about cosmetic issues

I would try to us the join feature on the pathfinder. The first icon. you might want to select all of one color and then use the pathfinder to get rid of some unnessary anchors. Good luck getting the...

"Alpha Channel" is a (somewhat dated) way for Photoshop to store mask information in an image file. In the days before support for native Photoshop transparency, it was the de facto method for...
