Go to Barnes and Nobles and get a book with cmyk/rgb combinations and do a self test , you can get those books for around $15
and if your working with a printshop see if they can send you their color profile file your colors would come very similar.

thx,
I sometime create graphic on CMYK, but my printing is quiet different, and then the technincal reduce 15% colour, so some light colour (yellow, white grey) disappear.

You wouldn't by any chance be printing on an HP printer? There are one or two models out there that have tint reduction issues that HP doesn't know how to fix.
If it's your print vendor getting it wrong, tell him to shape up.
Unless you have your monitor color calibrated to the specific printer you are printing to, then of course your print will look different. Try a search in this forum on Monitor color calibration, or some similar combination. Been discussed here a few times but I can't remember where.
PrintDriver is a large format digital print dude. His advice/opinions may not apply to the 4color/offset/web world of printing
