Where do the images go when you delete them from your file browser in PS7?

    *Gulp*

Graphic Design Heroes! Call me Captain Type Caster. I’ve fought off “The Evil Cosmic Sans” for year but it seems “Dr. Extreme Untalent” keeps bringing him back. I must find a way to defeat this evil creature.

I got the orginals but they are sitting next to 100+ neighbors and it would be a real pain to get them back. I only lost three images maybe I'm over reacting.

      *punches monitor*

      Thanks!

poof, they is gone. I never use the file browser in PS, firstly it sucks at least speed wise. Secondaly if it the deletion was done in a non operating system program (mac or windows) it went pook into the bit bucket unless the application has a option to send to the trash/recycle bin/whatever. I learned a longg time ago to always work with copies of the priginal images, create a work folder and then create sub folders for each job/project, when you start a new job/project copy the neccesary files into the new folder. Viola' even if you delete you have an oroginal. On our local file/iomage server the shares are set to ready only for graphics files, and an seperate share is create that is writeable and only one or two folds can write (but no delete permissions). I am the only one who can actually login and delete content (whcih we rarely do). So far i haven't 'lost' or deleted an image in the last 5 or 6 years. (hoping Murphy didn't hear me, you know murphy.. he has a bunch of laws that constantly cause me problems...)
