I'm currently cleaning up a bunch of files for back up and was wondering if anyone knew of a way to include an .idml when packaging a document. Currently this is a two step process, not a huge thing but would definitely make life easier if there was a dialogue box or something I'm missing. (kind of like the "publish settings" in flash that allows you to spec several formats when you publish.

You could script it to package the file, then to save out an idml into the same folder.
Make a feature request. You never know...

I export idml as usual and drag it into the packaged file. If Adobe could include then idml file into the package would be awesome.
...Along with a print ready pdf file and also a low res web ready pdf file. That would make my life sweet!

I would set the file up how you normally would and let the prepress people at the shirt printer do what they need to do to print the file. They know what works best for their process.

Thanks for your help. I was told for printing that blurs and transparency are best as halftones... I don't need it to be directly transferred from the blur to halftones.. but I would like it to somewhat...
