Illy CS6 Links Issue

So we just installed CS6 on our machines (there are 4 of us). I'm the only one that has installed it so far. I just opened a file I had made in CS5 but when I open it in CS6 none of my links are showing up. Illy has registered that they are still in the file (by looking at the links panel) but they're just blank in the document.

I tried placing another link in but nothing happens. Any one have any knowledge on this bug?

Update: It is happening with all my files.... lovely...

CS5 works fine though but this is just dumb.

So I just installed a plug-in for FontXplorer this morning so I went in and disabled the plug-in and it solved the issue.

Weird.

Problem solved though

You should know by now that it takes Adobe at least 3 patches to get the software running correctly.

Fixes to bugs after that are considered features in the next release.

No problem. Gave me a prompt earlier that morning and I realized that that was the only real thing I changed.

Unfortunately my school does not offer a graphic design program, and I can't transfer to one because my parents aren't exactly supportive of a creative career. So I'm teaching myself the fundamentals...
