    i don't know how to reduce the opacity when i overlay the vector image in
    in corel draw? And see below i attach the image, or example, like the photoshop layer mode-overlay ..... or whatever.

    Try F1, type in 'Transparency'. Look for 'How to create'.

    If that's too much, try the Interactive Transparency tool to select your objects and keep your eye on the top toolbar changes.

    (Ever wonder why CorelDraw has such a bad rap out here?)
