I currently have Corel 11, and purchased a beautiful Open Type font from Veer.com last night, and to my dismay, I couldn't see the "Glyphs" (?) or a large portion or the character set. When I contacted Veer, they were kind enough to let me know..
"Opentype fonts, as they are they newest format of font file, there are some applications that will not have access to those extended characters."
I downloaded the trial version of X3 to see if this had been resolved, or they had acknoleged this type of problem, but it doesnt seem to have been a part of an upgrade. Does anyone know of a solution that I may be missing? I much prefer using Corel vs. Adobe InDesign as I've always used Corel, so I'm reluctant to switch over from Corel.
