  • "bad riff data"?????

    #1
What does this mean in Painter Essentials II? This is the second time I've worked my tail off, editing an image, only to save it and try to pull it up again, getting only, "bad riff data".
I do remember unintentionally saving it with the image enlarged to 225%. Is this the cause of the error msg., "bad riff data"?
Is there some way to salvage this much sweated-over image as I can now no longer pull it up in painter? Please help

    Buda edited it for you.

Like the forum FAQ says, you have a very limited amount of time to edit your posts, 15 minutes to an hour, depending on when the servers cycle.
