Sorry, you lost me (a self-admitted idiot). How did I offend you with my words? I was just thinking aloud about what you were actually asking.
Actually, it brings up a good point. When you have a specific tech question like this, it always helps to put in the details of which programs you're using so we can try and find you the best solution.
I have a son who's almost 13. And he's far from an idiot.
On the other hand, I am very aware about just how quick many adults (and media) are at pointing out all the 'horrors' of today's teenagers, so I try to make it a point to praise and recognize all the great things teens bring to our lives, and the lives of our community. Like any identified social group, teens suffer from the reputation of their own extremists-- which realistically, and statistically, is much, much smaller than those who are a real boost to their community.
At least, that's the case in my town.
Oh, and Pomogranate, for the sake of your design skill development (if you're considering this as a possible career), you might want to think about creating/using your own brushes--once you get the hang of things.

Actually, not so bad for a beginner. The thing is, it's not only a matter of doing it "correctly;" it's one of those things that simply takes practice. It's no different than when you were new...
