you can do alway do this in Strata 3D cx . It's an easy 3D application with a easy learning curve.

You could do something like that with Microsoft's PhotoDraw Version2. I did back in the day (2000).

It may not look exactly like that, but you can get pretty close. Unfortunately, it's been since 2000 that those animated rotating gifs where populart. Nowadays they look old, out-dated, and clique in my opinion.

                Oh~~
Thanks for the tips on Direct Draw again.
                I don't realize it's that outdated.

What's the latest trend of icon??

One that doesn't rotate 360 degrees badly like it was 2000 A.D.

I am sorry, but I don't understand what you mean...
                    English is my second language.

Do you know any program can create this kind of icon? Thanks in advance

I doubt this is possible in flash without some kind of extention (add on to the software)
PersonasBinar is being sarcastic. He's saying anything is poular now except what you are trying to achive; as it looks like it was made years ago.
To be honest it's personal opinion - it's your work so if you want it to look like that then do it!
You may want to do a bit more research looking at contemporary logo design.

Software doesn't make icons. Bullets do.
