What are the best Project/Job Management software packages for small graphic design firms? (1-10 employees)

The software would preferable be web-based, and include time-tracking, invoicing/billing, calendar, and job tracking.

New Graphics Designer

This is something I made in my free time.

I'm not planning on going to art school or anything like that, but I still like drawing and designing, so I'm planning on doing it as a side thing....

I know there's a way in CS5.5, my coworker sends all his proofs that way. In the add watermark, halfway down I think there's a drop down menu that allows you the option there....
