  • Marketing/Sales Software- what to search for?

    I am having immense trouble finding the right words to search for the software I need. I need a software that I can create a chart, naming accounts. Then with each of those accounts, I want to record/schedule any email-marketing contacts they are sent, when a salesperson went to visit them, etc. It would also be nice if the software could map out geographically where all these customers are.

    All this information needs to be presented visually, in a Gantt Chart or something. Ive searched gantt chart software but it all sucks. Anyone know what I can use as keywords to search?

      perhaps... i dont know if itll provide the best output for the info though. Im downloading the trial right now though, thanks-

        We are just getting it at work, so I am still a little un clear as to how it works. But supposedly you enter a job, and it goes through and creates your file and logs who accessed the files and when, who needs to review it and who hasn't.... stuff like that.
