How do you get an image 4 pixels from the top and 14 from the left? Is there a comand that lets you place an image at a set pixel measurement from a border?

Thanks in advance for your help!

just set the rulers to pixels and zoom in.
i don't believe there is an option that allows you to type in the placement of an image.

do apple t to the layer you want to move and then at the option bar at the top you can set the position, be sure to set the mid point of the image to the top left had corner using the wee square with 9 points(three in a row indicating the refrence point of your image) at the far left of the options bar. (photoshop takes the position by default from the centre of the image.

        Commented to Another Drawing
I'm starting to redo most of the illustration. I started again by doing another simplified, vector like sketch of my original sketch. I've only finished the face area. Anymore help you can offer?

Yum. I do love salmon sandwiches. The bakery near me do great smoked salmon bagels. It's not a bagel shop so they don't jack up the prices.
