Quark images!!

    PD, I can't speak for later versions of Quark, but 10% was the minimum amount you could scale an image down to in Quark v6.5 and earlier, at least by typing the value in manually. That was part of the program interface.

    But the weird thing about it is that if you scaled it down as opposed to typing in a value, it would go to lower than 10%.

    In general, I wouldn't place an image that greatly reduced anyway, as it would always benefit from sharpening in Photoshop after reducing to that vast an amount.
