    Role Purpose

    To drive the achievement of Sales, Business Development and Marketing objectives of the Vinformax Group for the Nordics Cluster

    Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas

    Impact on the Business
    • Develop and build effective go-to-market business strategy for each of the key offerings of the Vinformax Group in the Nordics
    • Develop and build effective, sustainable strategies to continuously build market share
    • Craft detailed sales and business development plan for three years and ensure it is regularly reviewed and updated at agreed frequency
    • Acquire new clients and develop existing clients for Vinformax’ product range
    • Deliver revenue targets as set by Group Senior Management
    • Develop strategic partnerships with key clients in the private, public and academic sectors with a view to creating a strong brand association for Vinformax’ products
    • Develop and maintain strong one-to-one relationships with C-level executives in the above organisations; leverage existing contacts
    • Facilitate the development of high quality animation solutions
    • Ensure prompt internal KPI reporting is done weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
    • Formulate a marketing plan and drive implementation of the same as an aid to achieving revenue targets
    • Ensure costs are within targets agreed
    • Conduct regular competitor analyses and use the results of that analysis in adjusting Vinformax’ strategy
    • Play a pivotal role in creating new leads
    • Develop outstanding sales pitches for all Nordic countries after considering local sensitivities
    • Ensure all new clients are effectively on-boarded and relationship developed
    • Leverage relationships with existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell value-added services to them
    • Develop and build a sales team at the appropriate time and drive them to achieve targets
    • Have good knowledge about how to seal public procurement
    Impact on Stakeholders
    • Ensure key customer requirements are fulfilled within time and accurately
    • Regular interaction with Vinformax Senior Management team to ensure addressing of needs and issues
    • Coordinate with key stakeholders with a view to achieving Total Customer Satisfaction
    • Apply industry best practices to current sales, business development and marketing processes
    • Build credibility of the business in the eyes of external stakeholders by always behaving with unyielding professionalism in all situations
    • Become a visible proponent of the Company’s core values
    Person Specification - Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

    • Degree in any discipline
    • At least 5 years’ sales experience
    • Extremely strong leadership skills
    • Extremely strong influencing skills
    • Connections with C-level executives a strong plus
    • Natural organizational skills, demonstrable from previous experience
    • Outstanding oral and verbal communications skills with presentation skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal and people skills
    • Ability to lead from the front
    • Consultative and client centric approach, supported by strong problem solving skills
    • Proven track record of making a strong impact on revenues
    • Experience in start-ups
    • Willingness to travel frequently, as required
    • Proficiency in Swedish language (written and verbal) a must
    • Experience in selling IT products and services and media solutions.
    • Master’s in Business Administration
    • Additional Nordic language a plus
