Looking for a Template Designer who knows SMARTY !

Hi!

I'm using GPix (http://www.*****.com/millionpixelscript.php) but I'm looking for a template designer to customize it. Can anyone suggest a CHEAP freelance designer who knows Smarty? I can pay via Western Union.

Contractual terms are usually ironed out and signed by both parties before any work is done. What does your contract say?
