I need to do a little community project where we take some house photos, and have them converted to B&W pencil-sketch style. Some need the odd telephone pole or line removed and some need a background building etc. faded out. The finished product is to be fit into a 11"h x 14"w frame, the home taking up 70-80% of the window, with a small writeup aligned along one edge from top to bottom.

I'm not sure how long this would take per picture, I don't have the PS skills to do it to know how long.

I supply the writeup and hq photo, you format and submit the result. It's a big project, with probably over 100 photos to be done over a time phase.
