  • Can't upload custom avatar

I can't seem to upload a custom avatar from my laptop (MacBook Pro running Firefox). I tried with Firefox and Safari.

I click to upload after I select my file from my laptop and I get a message about adjusting size of the image but no image is shown.

There are 2 buttons "Save" and "Cancel" but nothing happens when I click them at all.

Am I too new to have one?

No, not too new. The forum is a grumpy beast. Let me look for the thread where we posted work-arounds for avatars.

The only real workaround is for you to post your avatar here and I will upload it for you

I think I get mine to work if I upload the photo to a hosting site first. Just can't remember how I pull it in from there.

Hmmm ... still doesn't work even with direct link from tinypic ... well this is my profile image I want. It's attached. Not sure if someone can do it for me but Bob's your uncle ...
