Postscript Printer/RIP for MAC recommendations

I am operating MAC OS 10. and need a postscript color printer and a RIP in order to print complex files from Quark without all of the jaggies.

Epson's RIP dosn't support OS 10. Any ohter RIP's or printer suggestions?

OK, I usually do it via Acrobat. Not sure if my CS4 ir CS5 at home allows InDesign security stuff...never really tried since with invoices i do the math in acrobat.
