  • can someone help me ewith some brochure design

    #1

I am studying at the moment and i'm currently working on my final project, i am having trouble researching, would anyone be able to help in any way, ideas, tips, ways to research.

The brochure i'm desgining is for a graphic desing company, so i need, bright new ideas!

    many thanks bex

If its for a graphic design company I would say you need something much more modern. But your font should be based on the layout of your design. You have to have at least three to five concepts then build off of those concepts and see what fonts fit the theme.

    Welcome to the forum!

none of the ones you listed. Especially for a bright new idea for a graphic company.
Like Bejo said, The font needs to be based on the design.

I agree with benjo and PD—go with what works best of the image of the company for sure. But if you're hell-bent on those 3 fonts up there, I'd have to say Futura, because its the least played-out.

I just designed a menu for a new customer, 6 8.5 x 14 pages. She's asking me for pdfs without a watermark and it looks like the email she wants me to send them to is

What kind of machine are you printing with? It isn't so much a matter of material as whether or not you have the machinery capable of making semi-durable prints. You have a few key points that are semi-exclusional....

          I like the LIKE button.

it is a quick way for me to say "i like it" without adding to the length of the thread or needing to type and submit. a quickie if you will.

If you highlight and show your paths and anchor points with the preview of the illustration, you'll likely get more specific feedback.

I'm starting to redo most of the illustration. I started again by doing another simplified, vector like sketch of my original sketch. I've only finished the face area. Anymore help you can offer?

Vintage is a very broad term. Vintage could = Victorian or it could mean1970's. I hope that you and your client narrowed nailed down the vintage era they are looking for.
