I don't have a problem giving out the pricing. It's the customers that want you to defend it that I hate. Yes, I agree. It's expensive. Sorry though, there are no pricing concessions for being the 8th person to tell me that today. I see you guys gripe about CSRs (which I'm sure are totally valid complaints) but imagine doing their job as well as yours

I'm going to hit someone with my keyboard today.
building one of the mags that has to go to press next week. One of the articles was paginated as a 2 page spread. Laid out...done. Then a 1 and a half page spread. Re-lay out....done. Then a 1 page spread. Re-re-laid out....done. Then they submitted all new text for it....Re-re-re-laid out....done.
Same magazine. Place ads in a section. Lay out rest of spread. Done. Client pulls their ad all of a sudden. Remove ad, re-lay out. Client decides they DO want to be in this issue now. Put ad back, and layout original spread again.
All of this happened before lunch today. Leave for lunch hoping that I'll get away from morons for a short while. Instead I get confirmation that drivers don't understand that flashing red lights at an intersection is treated as a 4-way stop. Watched one guy blow through with slowing down. Then when everyone came to a stop for the pedestrians, they didn't know if they were going to cross or not. Finally get tired of waiting and I start to make my turn...NOW they decide they want to cross.
Why are all the stupid people out today?!?!

It was the end of the garage sale. One lady offered us $3.50 for him. It was tempting, he was crabby.
