Here's a new one: Our meteorologist is predicting "freezing fog" for tonight. And we may get up to 7" of snow late Christmas day.
(I went to teh grocery this morning.)

Gar, what's that big black hole sucking in all the wind just below St. Loius?
Freezing fog is fun. Never heard of it being forecast but I watched it fall once. Strikingly awesome weather event. In the space of about 3 minutes it went from foggy to clear but everything was coated with a rime of ice. It was during an early spring very early morning fishing trip.

Seeing freezing fog sounds awesome! (as long as I don't have to drive in it. ) The weather around here is guaranteed to be interesting this week. I'm glad I'm on vacation.
