Entry Level Graphic Designer Needed

ACR/Artex (www.acrartex.com) is seeking a graphic designer with an expertise of telling a story visually.

This is an entry level position for web production, product packaging and tradeshow graphics. We are seeking a graphic designer that is proficient in adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CS5+ (PC platform), who is detail oriented, thorough, and has a strong eye for design. The position requires an undergrad degree in graphic design, visual communications or other related program. New graduates are encouraged to apply. You need to be someone with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and the desire to work collaboratively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
This position will handle a wide array of graphic design needs including product packaging, point of sale, brochures, plaques and awards, video support, trade show graphics and promotional materials. Additionally, this position will be responsible for routine updates and all graphic requirements and updates on all company web based platforms.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have related design degree or significant course work in graphic design, web production or web training and experience related field or an outstanding portfolio and experience that demonstrates clear knowledge of web production.

COMPUTER EXPERIENCE
· Adobe Creative Suite (CS5 or later - PC platform) – Requires Intermediate to advanced skills
· Microsoft Word – Requires Beginner to Intermediate skills
· Microsoft PowerPoint. – Requires Intermediate skills
· Experience working with a CRM website and Social Media a plus.
· Experience with Wide Format Printer are a plus but not required
· Video editing experience a plus
