Hubby tried those. Did NOT like it. Didn't taste like a real cigarette. Maybe he just needs to try a different brand.

Yeah, they're very new here, he's only the 3rd person I know who has made the switch and I've heard that brand is important. I do hope it will stick though. Spending over $100 a week on cigarettes is stupid. E-cigarettes will cost him about $20 a week.

That's a pretty big savings. I only really smoke when I'm having a few drinks so if they were $10/pack it wouldn't be a huge deal. Probably look at bumming them out a little different if they were 50 cents a piece though

We only smoke when drinking too. Even still, at $9/pack (and usually needing 2 packs for a night of drinking), it costs nearly as much as the alcohol.

haven't had a cigg since the first! i've never been a heavy smoker but i was starting to smoke more than just when i was drinking. so far so good, but i haven't been out drinking yet haha

The bf and I are still struggling with quitting. I have had the occasional puff, but he's basically given up and has gone to e-cigs. I didn't like them.

I wonder what it is about alcohol. I don't even crave a smoke if I'm not drinking. If I am, I have to smoke. I can't imagine it helps with hangovers either. No cigarettes for a week and then whack down a couple of packs in five or six hours

If I drink, I still crave a cig.
The boy is still struggling with quitting. He got an eCig and it's just nasty LOL. I had to try it and it feels like you are sucking on a pen and has a weird taste. The tube is metal and heavy. It just doesn't give him the same feeling as smoking so that didn't go very well
