Print Resolution

I'm designing a banner, 2000mm x 800 mm. I have an image that needs to be 330mm x 220mm but the image is only 247dpi at this size. Do you think I'll get away with it?

Thanks

That should be more than enough for a banner. For a banner that size, you could probably get away with half that much resolution.

It will only be 41 DPI when printed.

Best to check with your print provider. They can provide a sample of a portion of the banner at the size, then you'd need to view it yourself at a reasonable distance that you would expect people to view it from.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but it seems like the OP is saying that the image needs to be 330mm x 220mm, and is 247ppi at that size. If so that's more than enough.

Well if it needs to be c.300 and it's 247 ppi at the moment - then that's plenty for a banner that size.

I may have read it wrong. Thought it had to be c.2000

If it's a banner, it isn't ever going to need to be 300. Even a tiny one like this that is only 78.75" x31.5".

150 max at this size is fine.
