The Good Life (1971)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0066663/

Starring Larry Hagman and Donna Mills.

Quote:
Albert & Jane Miller were an ordinary middle-class couple who became bored with their lives and decided to pretend to be the butler and cook for the very wealthy head of Dutton Industries, Charles Dutton, and his family. Only Dutton's teenage son Nick was aware of Albert & Jane's true identities, and often helped to get them out of whatever trouble their secret got them into. Dutton's busybody sister Grace was constantly trying to undermine the Millers' authority and have them fired.

How very Downton Abbey!

Reg Presley passed away back in February this year. Can't believe, with all the musicians around here, that his passing was missed...

Garage bands everywhere have lost a great inspiration.

Two of the Temptations have died this month.

Quote:
Former Temptations member Richard Street has died, his widow told CNN Entertainment on Wednesday.
The 70-year-old soul and R&B singer died early Wednesday at St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Las Vegas, Cindy Street said.
Richard Street experienced back pain and breathing difficulties Friday. When he went to a hospital, doctors found he had a clot in a lung, she said.
“He was really fighting for his life,” she said. “He’s a fighter.”
He is the second former Temptations member to die this month. Former St. Louisan Damon Harris died February 18 in Baltimore. “They’re dancing up there in heaven, him and Damon,” Cindy Street said. “I’m in disbelief right now.”
“He was part of black history. He was always proud of that. He sang on a lot of those classic songs: ‘Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone,’ ‘Hey Girl,’ ‘Heavenly,’ ‘Superstar,’ ‘Masterpiece.’”
