Plotter cutting INLINE contour that is not seen

Hello,
I sure hope someone can help me.
Fore some reason, when I import an eps file into flexisign pro 7
I can see all the lines that i want cut when I am not in fill mode. However when I cut the vinyl, It acts like it is suppose to cut at inline only of what i actually want cut.
I have cut from another cut program with these same eps files many times, so i know it is not the file.
Oh how I would be soo greatful to find out what is wrong.
This issue just started happening , not sure why.

Check your tool path. You may have the wrong tool selected.

How?

How do I go about checking that, and what should the settings be on?
Feel silly asking, fairly new to flexi

I don't use flexi. I use Signlab. But I do have the flexi manual. Do you?

What is really disappointing is that if you google Flexi Pro 7, all you get are Torrent websites instead of the SAI home site. That plain sucks.

Smile Answer Auto_trap

Thank you so much for your time to help. You have no idea how greatful I am to see that.. I am not a person to like to ask for help, but sometimes we need to.
I am responding with the solution to my problem.
it was because I had the "Auto-Trap" selected or the box next to auto-trap was clicked.
it was so odd, I had 2 color on top of each other, and the one color was cutting some of both colors. I am so happy to have found that out.
I found it in the Manual. From the link you sent me.
And yes, I aggree, every time you google Flexisign we get the wrong links that is needed.
Again, Thank you soo much.

Sincerely,
Sheri

Auto-trap default

Now I am going to try and find out, why the auto-trap is selected and why it is set to default, then how to change the default.

auto-trap does not have default option

Ok figured out that that setting will be used the next time you cut.
So if you unclick it, then from then on it will stay unclicked even after restarting flexisign. it will stay unclicked until you click it.
LMAO this sounds crazy.
Thank you too all.
