Plain fried rice from the grocery with an egg roll. I put too much soy sauce on it and it was really salty. I forgot that at home I switched to low-sodium soy.

Shredded chicken and mushrooms noodle soup. This place does the best broth. Flavourful. Not just salty.

Just back from our monthly shop. Bought some frozen puff pastry that we couldn't squeeze into the freezer!

So, made some chicken, leek and creamy blue cheese pasties. One eaten, three frozen, delicious!

looks good Typ.

Today's lunch was going to be rotisserie chicken salad, but not enough to share with my wife so I had a hot dog instead. ehh.

Tonight, Shrimp with peppers, mushrooms, onions in a rose cream sauce over pasta. that will make up for lunch.
