Help with printing my postcard.. Gotprint giving me problems..?

I have tried about 4 times now to upload the files to Gotprint.com for my postcard. I designed the file with Microsoft Publisher and saved it as PNG. The first 3 times i was tod the bleed was incorrect and i think i have solved it now. But now when i upload it, it says the type is too close to the edge. Here are my files, could someone please tell me where the problem is and how to fix it? i'd like to re submit my files and get it done. here is front and back
thank you

When I do a 4x6 post card I make a .125 bleed on all sides and all important type is .125 inches away from the edge. I believe your printer does not like the Nova contractors so close to the cut line.

You neglected their instructions for safe zone and borders.
Your text is inside the safety of .125.
Your top card has a border on the top. True bleed would have your imagery extending to the top and sides. There is no way that will cut without some light blue showing around your sky image.

Does this postcard conform to Postal Service regulations? You might want to have that checked by a USPS rep before mailing it.
Where are you going to put your address label?

I'd also use PDF or .ai over PNG or any other raster format. Assuming you didn't design it in Photoshop.

PrintDriver is right, that post card is not machinable. At least one of your contact points is going to be covered up with a big ugly white sticker with a bar code printed on it.

Also, and I'm sorry this is a drive-by crit, but using asterisks instead of proper bullets is not professional type design.

PD and Garricks are right... you are going to have to redesign based on the postal regulations first before you worry about anything else.
And as stated before a .png to a printer is not a good option. a .jpeg would be better and a .pdf optimal.

oh man. I used Publisher to do this, im not much of an expert, didnt think it would be this difficult. So how do i go about the postage? I really dont know where to start then even. Cant I just put a stamp there instead? It says Postage paid and has a permit number so maybe nothing goes there? its already been paid for?

i just double checked with the company and they said not to worry about the postage. They said they have always done it that way and nothing gets printeed on it, they just pay for it prior with the postal service. They dont put postage they said but instead a permit for bulk mail. does that make sense?
