LOL
I can relate to some of those shots....I'm constantly hanging precariously off a rock face or cliff edge by just my finger tips, or climbing guard rails and/or trees to get just the shot I want.

And I'd absolutely LOVE to see what kind of a zoom this guy gets:

Should start doing this with my camera bag too:

Excellent. I toted a Canon 40D with a larger than average lens with me around Europe; I thought that was heavy! It was a feather in comparison to some of those.

I can't wait for my next lens. getting the Nikor 18-200mm. Was playing with it in store, and it's so nice. Saves me having to lug around 2 or 3 extra lenses on hikes, as it covers pretty much everything I'll need for my shots (save for Macro, or wide angle). It's actually a really brilliant lens. same size as a standard 18-50mm (that I have on my camera now) but telescopes out. Then I can just pick up a teleconverter to double it if I really need to.

lol, this was me shooting for Zebras at the zoo. The lens kit I was using has an 840mm EFL (Zuiko 70-300mm with 1.4x teleconverter on a four-thirds body).

*LOL* That's awesome Ned!! Good work!

I'm seriously wanting to go shooting with you sometime. I'm sure I'll learn some pretty interesting stuff.
