Smile Quoting Software for a Production Studio

I work for a marketing and production studio and we are looking for some kind of quoting software so that when we hire new employees, they will be able to easily access and calculate a design job. Anyone have any suggestions of software out there?

Thank You!

Afternoon!

Since allcompanies are not alike I would suggest hiring a company to create software specifically for your company. There is a lot of quote software out there but I have never seen any that is graphic design specific.

We use Studio Manager, which is a Filemaker Pro application by Tokerud Consulting. It handles client, vendor and employee lists; estimating; job tracking including job entry, task lists and job briefs; cost and billing; and probably other stuff I'm forgetting. It's a one-stop app for the business side of your studio. It ain't cheap, but it's amazing. And the company is very responsive. I have no trouble highly recommending the product and the company.
