It is not uncommon to sketch 50 or more designs before hitting one that really works. I've been there many times and it can be agonizing.

You don't arrive at a logo design by being tired of sketching idea roughs. However, it is during the sketching phase of the creative process that logos are designed—and it can be a lot of work.
I know you are not being rude, so no worries . The reason I come here is for the great input you all give. I haven't been happy with any of these the logos I have came up with. I am just trying to find one that works and looks good at the moment so that I can get to work on marketing myself and start making some extra income. Because no matter what I come up with I will probably never be 100% happy with it. Its just the way I am.

All I know right now is that I want it to be bold, creative and give a sense of reliability. Also I want it to use A and S.

As always, thank all of you for your help and the great input.

Fire— Here's a simple suggestion just to get you going. If you've already tried this—do it again:

Think of a flat-side gothic S — a condensed sans serif. Now, make an A that looks like it—flat sides, curved top. From there you could go in several directions. For instance, you could make them solids (like a stencil version) and try to make the A crossbar and the center area of the S look like they have some similarity. These are only a couple of general suggestions that may help you thinking in other directions. The trick is to have several possible solutions that approach the problem from different angles.

Here's something to keep in mind when designing with letters. As you start out an idea session, try to design with the characters using as little modification as possible. See where that leads you. That may lead you to working another element with them.

Don't hesitate to show us your best sketches. They do not have to be real finished looking. We can't design for you but we can offer comments.

Good Luck.

I think it's too much of a puzzle for people to figure out. Perhaps omit the gaps and interlock the letters ... something like this.

Peano you are welcome to make suggestions but, you are not allowed to rework the OP's design

That's why I removed your image.

On that note Welcome to the forum

Its very Gucci. While the execution isnt terrible, I get the feeling you're still in the 'obvious' stage.

Your brain is going through the first ideas, which tend to be the least original. The more you work at it, the deeper your brain will go, coming up with more ideas and linking them together in novel ways. Often, it can happen in a completely subconscious way - it might be just before you go to bed, or on your way home.

Personal logos are hard - I spent months on mine until I was happy with it. But once I found the right design - after pages and pages of sketches, taking them into Illustrator, finding out they didn't work as well as I'd hoped, then restarting from scratch several times - it was a lightning bolt moment. After that it was just a matter of refinement.

Not there yet. 3 may have potential, but it seems to me you are experimenting only on the computer. Grab a nice pad of bright white paper, a nice black pen and start sketching everything that pops into your head. Engage as much of the creative part of your mind as possible. Go for a walk if you live in the city, and look around see what catches your eye. Look through some inspirational books if you don't have any go to the library. Try these websites for inspiration

Fire - what are you trying to communicate with this logo?

It looks like you're just trying to force a bunch of letters together with no clear concept in mind. Think about the message you want to send to your target market, what feeling you want to convey to them through this logo. If it's just some random mark you slap on your business cards, then there's no point in having a logo at all.

A logo is supposed to give a face to your business. It's what draws peoples' attention and a lot of the time, it's what makes a potential client decide right then and there whether or not they want to consider doing business with you. A logo isn't just a mark. It's the center of your overall brand. You want it to be instantly legible, memorable, and be attractive to the type of clients you're trying to get. Think about the kind of clients you want. What products to they tend to buy? What kind of customers do THEY have?

I have no problems with using initials in logos. But it has to be done in a clever way, that identifies you, rather than just fitting a bunch of letters together.
