I think that this project is more of a personal, home type printer. I would just stick with the facts. PPM, color vs black/white, etc.

It has to do with paper. See post #7.

I have to agree with what PossumGal said.
The person making the decision is not the print tech or pressman.
The company business manager or production manager may give papers a pass or not depending on if their equipment can feed it and print on it. Based on that, a sample offering is made to the client and it is the client that chooses the paper based on project vision and budget.

Yep, the person making the decisions at our printing company is usually the director or the production manager. The pressmen wouldn't never even see sales or marketing materials.
