How to make a calendar spread?
Hi guys,
In Indesign, is it possible to create a spread where the spine is horizontal instead of vertical? I'm working on a calendar at the moment. You know the kind that you hang up on the wall? Last year I didn't use spreads, I just ruled a line in the horizontal middle of a portrait page and worked above and below it, but if I could tip the spreads on it's side somehow would make life a lot easier!
Thanks in advance.

This would be a great feature, it's surprising that with as many calendars as are printed out there, that vertical spreads haven't been thought of as an option in page layout programs.

I tried to follow the instructions on using the script, but I got an error. I have no idea about scripts...

you're not going to be (saddle) binding the thing,(are you?), so i dont think it really matters. Just dont use facing pages then get your printer to impose the thing the way that you want. This would, be a useful feature though, specially if inbooklet or imposer supported it. Imposer probably does but i've never used it.
