XBOX RULZ!!!! All you peeps dumping on it probably have played one like once in yer life! HALO didn't get game of the year cuz it's crap! And the controller's aren't big and clunky at all, at least they're not puny pieces of junk like the PS 2 ones.

Right on reuber1 - Gotta love the gamecube. I just picked up Metroid Prime 2 - So beautiful....no load times. If you are looking for a great RPG for cube --> Tales of Symphonia, 60+ Hours, 2 discs. Can't wait to check out RE4

It is true that they don't have the 3rd party support, but the nintendo franchises are worth the $99 bucks for the system. Zelda, Mario, Mario Kart, Metroid, Animal Crossing, Pikmin - All amazing games. Nintendo is the only company of that makes money when it sells a system, PS2 and XBOX lose money on each system, you have to buy 2 or 3 games for them to break even.

I wish I had something clever to put here.......

Going back over a few threads since I hadn't visited this thread in the past few days....

Of course IT guys hate Macs....if all the computers were Macs, it would put a lot of ITs out of jobs since they've have a lot less to do.

God, are people still using that old 'one button' argument? I always found that funny, I'm using a multiple button mouse just fine on my eMac at home.

Moving on to the XBox, it's the least played system of mine, I'm kind of disappointed with it. But say what you will about the games, but it's true value is to mod....I'm saving up to buy a mod chip that will allow me to load on hobbyist software like the XBox Media Player. (Was interested in putting Linux on it, but don't need to do that if I have XBox Media Player.) I'd also like to add one of those LCDs onto the XBox as well, I'll have to show off pictures in a off-topic thread when I finish.

Oh, and to contribute to something on-topic, uhh....I hate weddings. Everyone's wedding is identical to the next. (But wedding receptions are an excellent place to meet dates.)

Patrick - back when I got married I had a medieval wedding - wore a dark green and gold dress, a tiara, brown suede side-lace boots and a black cloak. And a dagger.

Looking back though, I should have used the dagger.

I used to have a playstation 2. I bought it pretty close to when it came out. And recently it just crapped out one me. Sony was expecting $125 for a new 'used' PS2! I could not believe it. I could get one for less at a local EB Games! So, I decided to trade in my faulty pS2 for an X-Box. Granted I could not get a few games that I like for the PS2, but I got to play some great games on the X-Box!

It really doesn't matter anyways. The next generation is coming out soon enough, and I will have to choose between systems again!

Well excuse me all to hell Flaming Moe. By the way I just checked your profile and it reads that you're still in high school...do me a favor and stop talking. I've been playing games since you were in diapers or, possibly, before you were even born...yeah, you're the Video Game Kid and I'm the frickin' guy who could care less. Halo 2 blows. I have XBox Live...yeah listening to people say "F'ck you, F'ckin' a$$hole, you're a c'cksucker" for twelve minutes straight is my idea of a fun time, even for a sailor mouthed individual like myself...about as much fun as sticking my dong in a mousetrap. I've forced myself (after getting a hold of the $100 G-Adapter, wise investment on my part thank you Microsoft SARCASM DISABLED ) to try to play XBox Live and like it,but unfortunately because of people with common repartee like the gem you just posted I've found X Box Live to be sort of a waste of time...it's fun in small doses, but people who play it for hours on end need to get a life. I have better things to do like get laid.

Thank you milwaukee...gamecube rocks but people who are too hung up on their own insecurities won't play it because it's too "kiddy", although any female company will find Super Monkey Ball cute enough to try, possibly leading to a bangfest between said player and said female (possibly). Oh, do play Resident Evil 4, by far the best one there is.

I hate snow.
