from Indesign to Acrobat

Hi - I'm turning a 17 page spread into pdf to send to someone and they can open it just fine but when they go to print it, it goes through a very long flattening process and then spits out about 2 pages - anyone know why or the best way to fix it?

You may have something problematic on page 3 then.

Ask them to print pages 4-17 and see if that solves it.
