Did she steal this image?

Some of you may know my posts in regards to my stolen image threads (see: She Strikes Again! and others here in the soap box) ...

Well it finally came to a head and went to 'litegation' (sp?) so to speak at our host. I finally got the 'original' graphic that she claims to have used. I feel like an ass because now looking at the 'original' (I use quotes because she did not create this image, she found it on a clipart site -- mine was created in Adobe Illustrator) it seems that she didn't take my image THIS TIME. However, she's done it before and won't stop I tell you! Anyways, here's the final version:
The blue one is the client's/her's, the middle one is the claimed 'original' and the right one is mine from my website.

Thoughts?

So she stole it, just not from you?

The more people I meet, the more I love my cats.

LOL I think so. - Also, remember the flower tooled leather image that my friend did, (I posted it on one of the other posts) where the purple one that she did was undoubtedly a copy? Well she yanked that down off of her site and *swears* that all her images are 'originals'.... She makes me SO damn mad. She even wants an apology for accusing her!

Wow, some nerve of that 'lady'.

She wants an apology?

Yeah, I'd write her an 'apology' on my 'special letterhead for special customers' (aka. a photocopy of my ass).

If I was any less productive right now, I'd be comatose.

You think that is the only barbed wire out there?
There are thousands of barbed wire vector clip art, rasterized clip art
Not to mention what you could do to each one with a simple reflect, or reverse etc.

as for your being created in illustrator it sure does not look like you made it in illustrator,

tub (and redeye for that matter)

I never said it was the ONLY barbed wire image... I simply said that I created this particular one, therefore there was no way this person could say that it was hers just because she took it off the web somewhere and changed its color. She also took another image from a friend of mine but then changed it when we called her on it and is now trying to say she never did anything wrong. Whatever, because several people saw it on her website and know the truth.

And yes mine was made using illustrator, but that is not what was in question here.
