Critique my logo please

Hi this is my design for an internet consultancy company, let me know what you think. I've provided two versions as alternatives to each other.

You may get more responses if you post the image itself instead of a link to it.

Any additional information you can give will also help us critique this logo. What exactly does this company do? Who are they trying to reach? What kind of image do they want to portray for themselves?

Not sure what it is or what it says.

Here goes the image. The company does web design and development, and other related web services. Trying to reach all those needing a new website developed, a redesign, hosting etc.

The name is Dieci, I just put the 10 to enhance the graphic and also make it more obvioius that it means the number 10

I was having the same issue with reading the name, so I'd have to say that it's not working as well as you thought it would.

I'd perhaps put the 10 outside the background. And change it so it looks more numerical.

DIECI is clear enough, but I don't know what that means. So you will probably need a strapline/descriptor to go witht the logo to make it clearer for people.
