Talented graphic designer (specializing in icon design) needed for strategy game

Hello, my name is Ron and I run a small game-dev company.
We're currently in the final stages of coding our newest project, which is an online strategy game played in Flash 10 (Flex).

We're currently looking for talented graphic designers for the following:
* About 30-40 unit types of the game (Tank, RPG troops, mobile missile launcher, jet fighter, etc) - 64x64 pixels
* About 10-20 16x16 icons
* About 20-30 32x32 icons

A sketch of our GUI is already ready, and the coding is nearly done.
