it looks rather sad to me, i see the hanger as a frown.

I'm gonna take a wild guess here, this is for a dry cleaners? A little bit of info on the brief would help you get a good critique.

no, he's right. the kerning is off. you need to fix that. also, the reverse and then the tag at the bottom both seem like afterthoughts, like you realized they needed to be int here but hadn't planned for them. so, it sort of feels as if you have a bunch disconnected objects and themes instead of a unified logo.
