If anyone's interested in mindmapping software (not nearly as fun and creative looking-- but very useful for development) I'd recommend Freemind. Quite a powerful tool -- and as the name implies, absolutely free.

I've been using Visio for that, but it's not that great - been playing with FreeMind - it's fun and easy to use.
