I was frankly reluctant to participate in being the first foreign site

Honestly, it's fine if you only going to use it for the website. But, if you want to use it for more, i.e. in different sizes I would rethink the pointy objects in the cityscape behind the MAX. They are getting lost in smaller sizes.

For my point of view it doesn't suits to an educational specially schooling world.
It's very cool, if it would be a music or a gaming logo it was fantastic bit for education it doesn't suits much.
