Free Project Management with time tracking

Looking for something that is free, online or offline application. I really don't need a bunch of features, just the ability to enter in different projects and track the time I spend on each one. Thanks for any info!

I have a handful of digital timers I got off ebay for $4 each. You can stop and start them when you need to. Works for me.

No software solutions? I know I've seen a bunch of new startup apps for project management, but I never bookmarked them, lesson learned! Do you guys not know of any, or is the free part that is the kicker?

Sorry Mice, we use a Filemaker developer solution that wasn't cheap, but would work well for a full agency.

There's a free Filemaker solution — if you're a registered Filemaker user.
