Thanks, I'll try that! I've nearly cracked all my molds trying to pry them out.

Oh and Kitch if they are pliable molds ... let them come back to room temp before prying them out. Turn the molds upside down on a kitchen towel or something soft and use your thumb on top for support then peel the sides back with your fingers.

The molds are a thin, hard plastic. They have some give, but the more intricate the design, the tougher it is to push them out.

Yep just like my ice cube trays ... I hate them! lol
so now when I take them out of the freezer ... before I even attempt to loosen them I turn them over and run the bottoms under hot water .... then I twist them and they fall right out.
I long to find a decent ice cube tray. I hated the old metal ones too ... I can't tell you how many handles I bent lol

I admit I loved the old metal ones because they were a great form of anger management. That satisfying crunch sound as the ice breaks free, little shards flying everywhere... ah, the good old days.

Kittie - you are my savior!! I put the mold in the freezer for about ten minutes. Took it out, flipped it upside down and the soap just fell out. Thank you SO much!
