Scrollpane Not working in IE... PLEASE HELP

Hey Guys,
I'm working on flash content with a scrollpane component, and it loads perfectly in Firefox, but wont work on IE. here are two examples of the sites that I've found problems on.

It works in IE for me. Flash components should be browser independent...maybe it's the way you're embedding the file in the HTML?
